SP301 Series Digital Video Door Panel

The SP301 series video door panels are primarily used on larger systems with more than 20 apartments or offices and is part of the VX2200 digital system. The panels include DDA compliant call progress acoustic tones, voice assistance via the internal speech board and visual instructions shown on the back-lit, 2 line 16 character LCD display. The panels can store up to 998 users/apartments with coded access facility (allowing each tenant to have a unique 4-6 digit code).

In addition the panels incorporate a high quality CMOS wide angle colour camera (130) with white light illumination LED’s. The camera has a vertical viewing angle of 80° and a horizontal viewing angle of 170° with a 976×496 pixel (PAL – 700TV line) camera resolution.

The panels also incorporate a standard 12 button numeric style keypad (engraved 1-9, ENTER, 0 and CLEAR) and either a CODE and TRADE button (SP301-1C) or search & scroll facility buttons (SP301-1R/C) and where each button includes high contrast yellow halo engraving to accommodate for the visually impaired. Furthermore the numeric keypad for the SP301-1C style digital panel can be expanded with alpha buttons from A through to L if required.

The panels are manufactured from 12 gauge, 316 marine grade brushed stainless steel and include a flush stainless steel bezel back box as standard. An optional surface box with rainshield surround is also available (please refer to the SP300 & SP301 series surface back boxes section).

Additionally optional extra panel components are available (also refer to the panel variants list below) from: proximity reader cut out (for 3rd party access control readers), Wiegand or MiFare proximity readers (from the Portal Plus, MiAccess and WS4 reader range), an induction loop for the hard of hearing as well as a biometric finger print reader (from the Videx DIN series panel mount reader range).
