“Firstly I would like to say how impressed I was with the Videx kit I fitted yesterday, 4K-1S. The clarity was crystal clear with no annoying feedback that I have experienced with other makes when fitting on behalf of other Companies. I now have a need for a similar kit but with a better weatherproof cover over the call point, as you used to do but I cannot find it in the range. The one I remember had a cowl extending forwards to protect the call point from the weather. Is this an optional add-on ? I also need to check that I can use an additional phone with it to have two points of receiving the call with one call point. I use Enterprise in Rochester for supply. Thank you.”
