VX2200 Audio Control Cabinets

The 2291A series audio cabinets have been designed to house the main control equipment commonly used in VX2200 audio systems. The cabinets serve as a central point where the common VX2200 databus (L/-) and power supply connections (+/-) cable back to for an installation.

1 door and 4 door cabinets are available with the cabinet enclosure manufactured from powder coated steel (lockable). The cabinets are fitted with an unboxed 13.8Vdc power supply with battery back-up facility (3.5A for the 1 door cabinets and a 5A for the 4 door cabinets) and either a 1 door or a 4 door audio switching card and with or without a 701T (BST/GMT) timeclock.

The cabinets can also be supplied with or without apartment isolation. Cabinets with apartment isolation will be fitted with 2204N isolation cards from a 4 way, 8 way up to 12 way isolation.

The 2291A-2206N cabinet will come fitted with the 2206N bus exchange device for two level systems.
